Terms and Conditions – BizChat Connect Effective Date: August 12, 2025 Welcome to BizChat Connect (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our platform and services (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using BizChat Connect. 1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for or using BizChat Connect, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp) policies. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use BizChat Connect. 2. Service Description BizChat Connect provides tools to automate and manage customer communications through the WhatsApp Business API and other Meta messaging platforms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.. 3. Account Registration You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account, including any authorized or unauthorized usage. 4. Permitted Use You agree to: Use BizChat Connect solely for lawful business messaging purposes. Comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and all applicable messaging guidelines. Obtain consent from your customers before sending them messages via WhatsApp. You must not: Use BizChat Connect for spam, harassment, or unsolicited messaging. Send content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property, or breaches Meta’s policies. Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service. 5. Meta Platform Compliance You acknowledge and agree that: BizChat Connect uses Meta’s official APIs for messaging services. Your usage is subject to Meta’s policies, including WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. Meta may revoke access if your account violates their rules. 6. Payments and Subscriptions (if applicable) Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; services will remain active until the end of the billing period. 7. Data & Privacy Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Meta requirements. We do not sell or share message content outside Meta integrations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, if relevant). 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if: You breach these Terms or Meta’s platform rules. You misuse the Service or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination: Your account and associated data may be deleted. Outstanding fees remain due. 9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: BizChat Connect is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. 10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizChat Connect, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms. 11. Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. 12.
